Registration FAQs

The registration team has created a series of answers for common tasks in NOAERS.

How much does it cost to attend?

  • The full weekend attendee fee is $45 per person
  • The Saturday only attendance fee is $35 per person
  • After March 18, 2026, an additional late fee of $10 per person applies

Before you start

  • Have your personal health history, medications, allergies, and emergency contacts
  • Download a PDF or take photos of the front and back of your insurance card
  • Collect photos of documents of your vaccination history
  • If under 18, have your parent or guardian complete the document
  •  

Submit health information in CampDoc

  1. Log into NOAERS and access your personal registration for the event
  2. Navigate to the “Event” tab and click the “CampDoc Access Link” button
  3. In CampDoc, begin filling out the Health Profile
  4. A parent or guardian will need to digitally sign the informed consent for participants under the age of 18
  5. Upload photos or documents for the insurance and immunization record when prompted
  6. Fill out all sections until they all show complete
  7. Refresh the event page in NOAERS to verify it shows your health profile is complete
  • Log into NOAERS using your ArrowID
  • Select the Lone Star Fellowship Event and click your name
  • In the left navigation, click the “Event” option
  • In the “Additional Attendee Information” header, click edit
  • Add any items you wish to pre-order
  • Scroll to the top and click the save button
  • Navigate back to the “General” tab and pay your balance.

Pay a balance in NOAERS

  • Log into NOAERS using your ArrowID
  • Select the Lone Star Fellowship from your events, then your name
  • In the Financial Summary section, click “Make a Payment”
  • Review your balance and then the continue button
  • Enter your payment details then the submit button

NOTE: You must be under the age of 21 for the entire term to be eligible.

  • Log into NOAERS using your ArrowID
  • Select the Lone Star Fellowship event and then click your name
  • In the left navigation, select “Event”
  • In the “Candidacy For Section Office” area, click the “Edit” button
  • Check the box to indicate you wish to run for section office
  • Click the save button at the top of the page

Your Scout Executive will automatically get an email notification.

Schedule a follow-up meeting with them to discuss your intention to run. They must approve your candidacy before you can be nominated for office.

How do I cancel my registration if I can no longer attend?

Cancellation must be made in writing. To cancel your registration, send us an email at reg.updates@oa-g2.org as soon as possible. We will process refunds according to the refund policy. 

How can I receive a refund?

Refund requests must be made in writing. To request a refund, send us an email at reg.updates@oa-g2.org. We will process refunds according to the refund policies.

Attendance Fee Refund Policy

Refund will be processed according to the policy held by Section G2’s custodian, the Capitol Area Council:

  • Requests received 30 or more days before the event: you will receive 100% of the total event fee
  • Requests received 14-29 days before the event: you will receive 50% of the total event fee
  • Requests received within 13 days before the day of the event/campout – No refund will be issued. In the event of a documented medical reason (doctor’s note required), a death in the immediate family, or a natural disaster, we will consider a 50% refund of the total event fee less a non-refundable deposit.

Trading Post Pre-Order Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed for voluntary order cancellation requests received by March 17, 2026
  • After March 18, 2026, trading post pre-orders are non-refundable
  • Defective merchandise may be exchanged at the event as quantities allow
  • In the event it’s not possible to exchange a defective merchandise item at the event, a refund will be processed
  • Unclaimed pre-orders will be provided to your lodge contingent leader for distribution at the conclusion of the event and will not be refunded
